We’re thrilled to welcome you to the next step in your running back journey. In Phase 2, we build on the foundations from Phase 1 by integrating route drills to elevate your game to the next level.
This phase focuses on enhancing your ability to create separation, improve timing, and develop crisp routes that give you an edge on the field. Whether it’s mastering wheel routes, angle routes, or check-downs, each session is designed to refine your technique and execution.
The program spans 28 days, with structured sessions and recovery intervals to ensure optimal performance and progress. We’ll also incorporate essential conditioning drills, like **suicide running**, to maintain and improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
