MASTER SOMETHING IS THROUGH REPETITION. THESE DRILL MAY SEEM REPETITIVE BUT GETTING A RUNNINgBACK TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO MAKE THE RIGHT MOVE AT A GIVEN TIME IS CRUCIAL FOR A RUNNING BACK COACH. WE HAVE 12 DIFFERENT MOVEMENTS AND EACH MOVE IS REQUIRED TO BE DONE AT A DIFFERENT TIME, AND IT'S ON THE COACH TO MAKE SURE THE RUNNING BACK USES THE RIGHT ONE AT THE RIGHT TIME. I BELIEVE THIS PROGRAM WILL DEFINITELY UNLOCK THE POTENTIAL OF YOU OR YOUR RUNNING BACKS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT ONLY BE DOING DRILLS THAT THEY MAY NOT HAVE DONE BEFORE BUT THEY WILL BE EDUCATED AS WELL. MY PURPOSE IS TO GET COACHES TO GET THEIR BACK TO RUN SMARTER.
